Job Bulletin No.: 795 Job Title: Marketing & Events Specialist Department/Division: Marketing & Communications Location: Administration FLSA Status: Non-Exempt - Non-Represented Reports to: Director of Marketing & Communications Salary Range: $51,300 - 60,233 JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing & Events Specialist serves as the primary coordinator for new public-facing events at MCTS, leading the planning and execution of initiatives that enhance community engagement, brand awareness, and ridership. This role is responsible for managing event logistics from concept through completion, including coordination with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure successful, well-executed events. In addition to event coordination, this position provides cross-functional support across all marketing programs, including digital experience, graphic design, and internal and external communications. The Marketing & Events Specialist contributes to content creation, campaign coordination, and production of marketing materials, while supporting social media, e-newsletters, and other digital platforms.
