Job Summary: Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating manufacturing engineering objectives and processes to meet company goals. Assists in managing cost improvements and develops new processes for manufacturing operations by performing the following duties. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Participates in developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods. Participates in developing and preparing Capital Expenditure Requests and initiates cost improvement projects. Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
