Position Purpose: The Senior Student Program Coordinator supports the university’s undergraduate admissions and outreach efforts by managing recruitment and operations amongst the Texas Ambassadors. Responsibilities: - Set strategic, data-driven priorities to meet recruitment goals. Develop and implement call project objectives, and assign to student employees for implementation. - Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate direct student employee reports who work in the Welcome Center, conduct tours, and participate in student outreach.
