With excellent customer care skills, you will provide an effective Check in service for potential new students during a key enrolment period. The role involves ascertaining upon arrival at the College what part of the enrolment process the potential new student needs to be guided to, this could range from the start of the application process, ID & eligibility support or supporting completing of vital surveys. While ensuring this and any further stages are delivered in a smooth/effective way and contribute to a great experience.
