Job Description: Engineering Leader, Grade 6 The Role and the Team: IWMS (Institutional Wealth Management Services) is seeking a Full Stack Engineering Leader to drive development and enhancement of client-facing Trading capabilities. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality technology solutions through close collaboration with architects, technologists, and business partners. As a technical leader, you will play a critical role in resolving complex challenges, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery, and contributing to the IWMS strategic mission. As a key member of the technology leadership team, you will help foster a high-performing engineering culture built on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
