Job Description BASIC FUNCTIONS: This position creates/supports long-term technology strategic plans, oversees organization’s budget/planning, manages high performing engineering teams for high quality, high output product delivery. Supports, influences, and executes the product vision to support the ongoing life cycle management of applicable key products and/or systems. The position also develops leaders to build senior leadership bench strength. QUALIFICATIONS: - 15+ years of Software Development, Senior Leadership, Life Cycle Management, Operational Management - 7+ years of Technology leadership experience - BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required ACCOUNTABILITIES: U.S. National Base Pay Range: $156,700 - $290,900. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
