POSITION SUMMARY: Functions as a working shift resource to provide direct oversight, assistance, support and problem resolution to Respiratory Staff and may be scheduled for regular staff assignment as needed or requested. This includes organization of assignments and coverage of workloads Position: Lead Respiratory Therapy - 40 Hours primarily days / occasional night and occasional weekend coverage Department: Respiratory Therapy: Schedule: Full Time, 40 hour days ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: Responsible for all essential functions listed for the Registered Respiratory Therapist. Possess, maintain and deliver high clinical standards in the assessment, administration, education, and observation of respiratory therapy as ordered by Licensed Independent Practitioners. Provide direct oversight, assistance, support, and problem resolution to respiratory staff in all aspects of respiratory care, including organization, assignment, and coverage of workloads.
