Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day/evening shift. Monday through Friday 11:30AM – 8:00PM with rotating weekends and 1-2 holidays per year. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Pay : - This position may be eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus. We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – Clinical Labs to: - Perform moderately complex diagnostic tests and limited high complexity testing. - Perform preventative maintenance on select lab equipment or instruments. - Perform troubleshooting on select laboratory equipment or instruments as a scientist. - Promote culture of safety for patients through proper identification, proper reporting, documentation and prevention of medical errors in a non-punitive environment.
