About the role: In this role, you’ll lead lean and project management initiatives across our internal shared services and local sites. You’ll partner with HR, Finance, IT, and other operational teams to redesign processes, remove inefficiencies, and deliver measurable improvements. It’s a hands‑on position where you’ll facilitate workshops, align stakeholders, and turn ideas into real solutions. Your responsibilities: - Drive and coordinate lean initiatives and end‑to‑end projects (with strong focus on transportation) across global MANN+HUMMEL branches and shared service functions such as HR, Finance, and IT. - Plan, organize, and facilitate Lean workshops to uncover process gaps, identify waste, and translate findings into concrete actions and implemented solutions. - Execute and deliver end‑to‑end projects using waterfall or agile approach, ensuring timelines, scope, and business outcomes are met. - Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across functions during project. - Analyze data to identify KPIs, quantify impact, and suppor...
