Labcorp is seeking a Report Coordinator I join our team in Phoenix, AZ. Work Schedule: 1st, Shift: Tuesday - Friday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Required overtime as needed. ** This is NOT a remote role** Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Assign and distribute cases - Monitor and manage work queues - Coordinate consults and Send-outs - Process internal test add-ons and liaise with the labs - Research, trouble-shoot and follow up on client inquiries and problems Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent Preferred Qualification: - Current or prior Labcorp experience - One year or more of experience in a medical/clinical laboratory experience - One year or more of experience in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office, clinic or hospital Additional Job Standards: At Labcorp we have a passion in helping people live happy and healthy lives.
