What the role is about: You have a strong desire to help people and to create memorable interactions with guests and co-workers. You will be a valued member of the Food & Beverage team responsible for serving F&B items for the Hockey House and EIGHTYEIGHT Bar & Grill. You are willing to learn and grow in you new role by supporting the event operations teams when required. As a Server and Bartender you strive to approach your work to align with our 6 values which are at the core of who we are and what we do at WinSport. - Safety - Integrity - Belonging - Collaboration - Inspiration - Sustainability What you will be doing: - Ensure opening and closing duties are completed to standard for all designated areas. - Provide prompt and efficient service to guests. - Maintain bar and floor areas to the standard required for presentation and cleanliness. - Administer the beverage bar service according to AGLC laws relative to Canada Olympic Park's operating policies and procedures. - Ensure opening inventory is correct; add any transfers and ensure closing inventory is accurately counted and recorded. - Ensure all cash and credit card charges are processed and settled accurately. - Perform h...
