Goldfish Swim School is looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Enrollment Specialist to own the weekend sales funnel for our Louisville and Lexington locations. This is a "sales-first" role for a confident communicator who loves the thrill of closing a deal and helping families start their swim journey. Part Time Position: Approx. 15-18 hours Days: Friday (12PM - 5PM) , Saturday (9AM - 2PM), & Sunday (10AM - 3PM). Some Flexibility in shifting the 5 hours days based on call volume times. Reports to: Sales & Enrollment Leader & Owner Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay ($16.00 per hour) Significant Performance Bonus: $5.00 per secured enrollment Location: In-office at our swim school in Louisville located at 4176 Westport Road, Louisville, KY 40242.
