Position Summary: Answers 100-200 incoming phone calls daily in a polite and efficient manner. Ensures patient satisfaction by listening and assessing patient needs, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, taking clear and accurate messages, and routing patient messages to appropriate healthcare personnel.
