Category Services Manager, Poznań Role overview: As Category Services Manager, you will be a key member of the WE Procurement leadership team and part of Carlsberg Supply Company AG (CSC), based in our Shared Service Center in Poznań. You will manage the integration and optimization of eSourcing, Contract Management, and Procurement Analytics across Western Europe, leveraging platforms such as Ariba Guided Sourcing, Ariba Contract Management, and Sievo. You will be end-to end responsible for delivering the services to Country and Category Procurement teams. It is expected that you actively drive performance and development if team and individuals. This is a unique opportunity to shape digital procurement capabilities and deliver value through Ariba technology, data, and people leadership.
