About the Team: We are a team focused on HR compliance and employee relations. Our work ensures that the company follows legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources. A key part of our role is working with employee representative bodies and acting as a link between them and the company. In countries with employee representative bodies, we support the business by helping it stay compliant, improving internal communication, and protecting employee rights. Our goal is to create a fair, transparent, and supportive work environment. This role provides strategic support across the business on designing and managing projects with works council, ensuring that TikTok complies with regional legal requirements in WC relations. The role will work with our works councils on a day to day level and align with EMEA regional works councils on a strategic level. Responsibilities: 1.
