Job Description: Director of Finance Vertus Group | Markham, ON | Hybrid Vertus Group is seeking a Director of Finance to lead financial strategy, operations and forecasting across a portfolio of independently operated software businesses. This senior leadership role requires a seasoned finance executive who brings sound judgment, accountability, and the ability to drive operational results in a high‑growth, acquisition‑driven environment. The successful candidate is a decisive leader who can build and develop a high‑performance team, lead systems implementations, execute integration plans, and partner with executives to support operational and strategic objectives. This role demands a balance of strategic insight and hands‑on execution. This hybrid position requires one to two days a week in our Markham office and may include occasional travel.
