SUMMARY: The Safety and Environmental Manager provides leadership for environmental compliance and occupational safety programs across manufacturing operations. This position ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including EPCRA Tier II reporting, TRI reporting, SPCC requirements, stormwater and wastewater permits, and RCRA hazardous waste regulations (SQG/LQG). The role partners closely with plant leadership, supervisors, and employees to build a proactive safety culture focused on risk reduction, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate leads environmental programs, develops safety systems, and mentors EHS personnel while supporting safe and efficient plant operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Environmental Compliance Leadership: Lead and maintain environmental compliance programs to ensure adherence with federal, state, and local regulations.
