Location: Piketon, Ohio Title: Environmental Manager Schedule (FT/PT): Regular Full Time Travel Required: No Government Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE “L” clearance. POSITION PURPOSE: Provides environmental management and regulatory compliance expertise for North Wind Dynamics, LLC (NWD) including development and maintenance of the NWD Environmental Management System as required by DOE Order 436.1. Develops and maintains programs to ensure NWD’s compliance with all environmental and waste management regulatory requirements including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
