Position Summary... What you'll do... Group Director of Product- Marketplace, Seller Risk As the product leader responsible for seller risk , support, and performance , you will be force multiplier for Walmart's marketplace . You will be directly responsible for eliminating constraints on marketplace growth by improving core risk controls, along with seller support and performance management. This leader will be tasked with leveraging automation and AI to solve complex risk challenges, ensuring a robust platform that both protects customers and empowers sellers to drive the marketplace into its next phase of rapid, responsible growth. What You'll Do: - Lead Product Vision and Strategy for a new, combined organization encompassing Seller Risk , Seller Performance , & Seller Support within the Marketplace Organization. - Drive Risk Transformation: Develop and execute a technology roadmap focused on accelerating marketplace growth by designing and implementing robust, automated risk controls, including advanced KYC ( Know Your Customer ) and identity verification processes, and effective business trustworthiness scoring. - Solve the Growth Challenge: Directly address the biggest compa...
