What We Offer: - Casual Role: DIDO outage, located at Bayswater Power Station in Muswellbrook, NSW - Roster: Monday to Saturday, Days/Nights, 11-hour shifts - Pay Rates: Competitive EBA rates + 25% casual loading + OT Penalties (from base rate) + Project Uplift + Site Allowances - Other Benefits: Join a supportive team delivering Downers major Bayswater outage. LAFHA or Accommodation + Meal Allowance provided to distant workers The Opportunity: Downer’s Energy & Utilities business is looking for casual outage workers to provide outage services at the Bayswater Power Station in Muswellbrook, NSW. The work is set to begin around September 2026. Downer will be delivering mechanical and project services during the outage, which will include pressure piping replacements, ducting patch repairs, and damper installations. Classifications Required: PLEASE NOTE – Current casual employees do not need to re-apply , you will be contacted by our Workforce Management Team for upcoming shutdowns.
