This includes overseeing the refurbishment, cleaning, and inspection of homes between move-outs and move-ins to ensure they meet company standards. The Field Inspector will inspect key property elements such as landscaping, punch lists, keys, and garage openers to ensure readiness. Additionally, the role involves assisting residents with their move-in process, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records in the property management software. The Field Inspector will also contribute to administrative tasks, attend required training and meetings, supporting the Property Manager in maintaining smooth operations and a positive environment for residents and staff.
