The Opportunity The Legal and Compliance Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone of Pearl Health's Legal and Compliance functions. This position will manage the end-to-end workflow of legal requests, contract administration, and compliance tracking while supporting multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with legal/compliance knowledge, technology proficiency, and the ability to manage complex workflows across multiple systems.
