Rosina Food Products is growing, and we’re looking for a strategic Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance to lead enterprise-wide food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in USDA-regulated RTE environments and FDA environments and knows how to build strong food safety systems while leading high-performing teams. You’ll oversee quality leaders across multiple plants, drive consistency across operations, and serve as a key voice in shaping Rosina’s long-term food safety strategy.
