About the role: The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition will set the vision and direction for Betterment’s recruiting function, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent as we scale. This leader will partner closely with People team leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute a cohesive recruiting strategy, while driving operational excellence, strong analytics, and inclusive hiring practices.
