About the Role As a Field Operator, you will serve as Traba's in-market operational hands — focused on recruiting, onboarding, and preparing workers for placement across the market. Rather than being anchored to a single customer, you'll support the broader market and may interact with multiple customer sites as volume and coverage needs dictate. You'll be the local face of Traba to our workforce: building community partnerships, running onboarding sessions, and making sure every worker is vetted, prepared, and ready to succeed on their first shift. This role requires professionalism, bilingual communication, strong recruiting instincts, and the flexibility to flex across worker funnel needs in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Worker Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with workers across the market — owning the experience from recruiting through placement and providing timely updates, feedback, and support.
