About the role We’re looking for a Partnerships Marketing Manager to play a leading role in developing and delivering impactful marketing strategies and campaigns with our partners. You’ll be responsible for increasing awareness of the Superscript proposition while driving measurable performance through lead acquisition. What you'll get up to: Collaborating with the Partnerships team to develop integrated marketing plans across all stages of the customer lifecycle. Confidently presenting to partners to support acquisition initiatives and secure buy in for joint marketing activity. Managing day-to-day partner relationships to deliver key marketing initiatives and support long-term growth. Owning and reporting on a ringfenced marketing budget, working closely with data to monitor CAC and LTV performance metrics. Partnering with wider teams to review segment performance, contributing to weekly and monthly trading reviews to identify growth opportunities and address underperformance Refining planning processes, workflows, and performance metrics for partner marketing proposals.
