Position Overview We are seeking a Federal Business Development Manager to join their expanding team. This is a newly created, sales-focused role designed to drive growth through new federal business opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in federal IT sales and business development, with experience in cybersecurity or related technology solutions. This individual will play a key role in expanding our footprint beyond its established presence and into additional federal agencies. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and capture new federal IT business opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with federal agency stakeholders, buyers, and influencers - Drive early engagement activities, including securing pre-RFP meetings and shaping acquisition strategies - Support and influence contract pursuits, including prime awards, task orders, and contract vehicle access - Collaborate internally to align sales strategies with the companies technical capabilities and offerings Required Qualifications: - 8+ years of progressive experience in federal business development, capture management, or federal IT sales within a government contractor - Demo...
