This Opportunity WSP’s Engineered Construction team is growing, and we have opportunities for Special Inspector in Durham, NC to perform field special inspections and testing for commercial, industrial, and transportation related construction projects. Your Impact: - Perform testing and inspections on general building sites and facilities - Interpret project plans and specifications for compliance with projects requirements - Perform soil density testing using both nuclear gauge and drive tube in accordance with ASTM and project specifications on site at commercial construction projects - Perform Foundation inspections for various shallow foundations with dynamic cone penetrometer in accordance with testing standards and project specifications - Observe proof rolls and undercut operations - Perform reinforced conc...
