As International Expansion Lead, you will be the tip of the spear — designing market entry strategy, building landing Sales teams, and driving early commercial traction in priority markets across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. You'll incubate each new market until a permanent leader is in place: owning the GTM strategy, supporting lighthouse deals, and creating the conditions for a full sales team to scale. When you're not in-market, you're running executive engagement programs that make Anthropic leaders more impactful globally and international customers feel the full weight of the company behind them.
