Resident Care Assistant | Part-Time | 2nd Shift Department: Assisted Living: Employment Type: Part Time: Location: Grand Rapids, MI: Compensation: $17.51 - $19.64 / hour Description: Schedule : Part-Time 24 hours/week | 4 pm-10 pm | Varies Monday-Friday, every other weekend Shift Premiums: Weekend (Fri 11 pm - Sun 10:59 pm) - $0.50 Department: Porter Hills Village | Assisted Living What You'll Do: As a Resident Care Assistant , you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by providing compassionate personal care, supporting daily activities, and offering essential assistance in our assisted living and memory care areas. Your dedication will help create a safe, warm, and nurturing environment where residents feel valued, supported, and at home. Key Responsibilities: Provide Hands-On Care – Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
