Description We are hiring a Vice President of Sales to lead our TPRM practice, one of the most strategic growth areas at HITRUST. This is the top sales leadership role reporting directly to the CRO, with full accountability for building, scaling, and winning in a market that is rapidly accelerating. This is not a maintenance role. This is a builder + operator + closer role for someone who understands healthcare, has a strong network, and knows how to drive results. What You’ll Own: - Build and lead the TPRM sales engine: Define and execute the go-to-market strategy across providers, payors, and healthcare ecosystem players - Drive revenue growth: Own pipeline creation, deal strategy, and bookings for the TPRM business - Recruit and scale a high-performing team: Leverage your network to hire top-tier enterprise sales talent - Engage in strategic deals: Personally lead and close the most important opportunities - Partner cross-functionally: Align with marketing, product, and customer success to create a seamless customer journey - Develop repeatable motion: Establish clear sales processes, metrics, and operating discipline - Activate the ecosystem: Work with assessors, partners, and...
