Day - 08 Hour (United States of America) This is a Stanford Health Care - University Healthcare Alliance job. A Brief Overview: Responsible to partner with the Site/Regional clinics and practices and work with managers across multiple units to ensure HR deliverables are met. The HR Business Partner represents HR in business decisions; provides input into HR programs, initiatives, and service delivery strategy based on business needs. The Business Partner also provides support in the deployment and delivery of HR initiatives and works with the HR team on strategic plan creation, alignment and implementation.
