Head of Operations Bristol/Hybrid: Hiring Manager: Ben Robinson: The Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Operations to join Optimus, part of the Landmark Information Group. This is a senior leadership role, accountable for the effective, efficient and scalable delivery of operational services, ensuring teams, systems and processes are aligned to both current and future business needs, helping to transform the home moving process and drive speed and certainty with service. You will provide strong operational leadership, embed best practice, and drive continuous improvement, while protecting Optimus’ distinctive culture and enabling sustainable growth, service excellence and outstanding customer outcomes.
