We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who’s ready to build, experiment, and drive measurable impact. This isn’t a “maintain what’s working” type of role. It’s for someone who wants to own demand generation, experiment with AI-driven marketing, and bring creative, data-backed campaigns to life across digital and live channels. What You’ll Do: Design and run integrated campaigns across email, digital, webinars, and live events that drive awareness and pipeline. Build programs including monthly webinars, advisor briefings, and customer roundtables - and find creative ways to make each one stand out. Experiment with AI - from automating workflows to personalizing outreach or content generation. We want someone who’s been curious, tried things, and learned fast. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success to align messaging and accelerate conversions.
