The Gig: You’re a self-motivated detective and serial problem solver, who delivers top-level service with every interaction and an undeniable talent for getting things done. This position is critical for helping us support the international sales function and remove blockers from the operation to clear the path for optimal growth in the respective markets. As an International Sales Operations you will work closely with International Sales leadership, interdepartmental contacts and our First Mates in multiple markets to service queries, identify roadblocks and proactively resolve issues in a timely manner. You will have your finger on the pulse of the latest business updates and be a vital source of information and support to multiple stakeholders. This role is critical in running a smooth sales operation and for clearing the path for future growth. In charge of the International Trade Support Team, you’re responsible for co-ordinating the workload across three trade-facing inboxes that service ten territories and are constantly flexing to meet volume of enquiries as well as hit KPIs on service levels and standards.
