Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - To perform tests on wafer, bar and chip on carrier (COC), as well as burn-in and life -tests - Assist product development in the characterization of new chip designs - Assist in production measurement Education & Experience: - Some college Skills: - Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills. - Work effectively with other members of Coherent Team Working Conditions: - Work in cleanroom.
