Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 to join our team at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital , located in New London, CT . This community-based hospital has an average daily census of 225 beds, and Sodexo supports both patient dining and retail food services onsite. As the Patient Services Manager 2 , you will play a vital role in overseeing patient meal service operations, ensuring excellent customer service, quality food presentation, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will report to the Area General Manager and lead a team of approximately 25 frontline employees, driving performance through effective leadership, coaching, and staff engagement. This is an evening shift with rotating weekends . What You'll Do: Oversee all aspects of patient meal services including bedside meal ordering and service delivery. Conduct daily patient rounding to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and resolve concerns in real time.
