CONSTANT is seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer to join our team on a permanent full-time / casual basis at a high-profile The Walt Disney Company site in Moore Park - Sydney This is a unique opportunity to work at a globally recognised brand location , within a structured and well-managed environment. About the Role: This position involves long foot / mobile patrols and active site coverage , so a good level of physical fitness and resilience is important. You’ll be working across a 24/7 rotating roster , including days, nights, and weekends with 8 hours long shifts. Please note: This site operates under an EBA flat pay structure (Payrate: Normal $ 34.22 & Public Holiday $70.95) on perm basis , meaning no additional weekend or night shift penalties apply . The hourly rate is adjusted to reflect this arrangement accordingly.
