Job Title: Payroll Lead, EMEA: Location: EMEA - Homebased: About the role: We’re hiring an Payroll Lead, EMEA to work with local teams to standardize and stabilise payroll operations across EMEA. Covering 15+ countries, you’ll play a critical role in driving both operational stability and strategic alignment. You’ll lead payroll execution within the region to improve and maintain quality, and have a heavy involvement in standardisation initiatives in collaboration with leaders and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead payroll for 700+ employees across EMEA, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Lead a regional HR/payroll team and support vendor coordination. Drive payroll system improvements and standardisation efforts. Lead audits and special payroll cycles. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high level of quality payroll services.
