Loader Operator (Precast)

Job description

Description Purpose: The Loader Operator plays a key role in supporting the efficiency and safety of precast operations by transporting products and materials within the yard and designated areas. This position involves the skilled operation of heavy equipment, including front-end loaders, forklifts, and buckets—to ensure materials are handled accurately and safely in accordance with company standards. Essential Functions: - Perform all job duties in accordance with company safety and environmental policies and procedures without exception. - Adhere to all company policies and procedures while promoting and adhering to company values. - Safely operate a front-end loader to transport precast products between production areas and the precast yard. - Review and interpret logistical plans or drawings to determine proper loading methods for precast products onto trailers. - Unload materials from delivery vehicles (e.g., flatbeds, step-decks, and box trailers) and transport to designated areas. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area and yard. - Assist with customer pick-ups as needed. - Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices. - Perform othe...
