The Employment Consultant (OGS/PPS) plays a vital role in supporting Real Futures’ mission to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through sustainable employment opportunities. This is a role where you can make a real difference in your own community. This role services all Real Futures Perth Metro Offices. Successful candidate can choose base location of Belmont, Joondalup or Mandurah. What will you be doing?: - Provide case management for aspirants receiving Ongoing Support and Post Placement Support services - Build and maintain positive relationships with employers - Conduct workplace visits - Maintain regular contact with aspirants, offering mentoring, motivation, and guidance - Refer, book, and complete Ongoing Support Assessments with assigned assessors - Collect and record all required evidence to support and process employment outcomes - Utilise JobAccess and the Supported Wage System - Prepare and submit accurate documentation for Ongoing and Post Placement Support outcomes - Maintain detailed and compliant case notes...
