Lead Specialist, SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) | Exton, PA sites (Pennsylvania Drive, Sierra Dr., and Devon Park Dr.) The Lead Specialist, SHE supports the Exton Biomedical sites in developing, implementing, and sustaining Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) programs and site plans aligned with company requirements and applicable regulations. This role partners with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, DO&RC, and the NA SHE Network) to deliver training, conduct risk assessments, support environmental compliance, environmental aspects and impacts, and sustainability efforts for the Exton sites (Pennsylvania Drive, Sierra Dr., and Devon Park Dr.), support management of change, lead/participate in incident investigations, and strengthen emergency response readiness. The role also supports site security responsibilities as assigned.
