Job description

Position Overview Greet and process all visitors to the FAA Technical Center and tenant organizations by verifying valid identification as well as contacting the sponsor/escort. Print out visitor badges, maintain daily visitor and vehicle spreadsheets as well as key and other essential control logs, etc. Qualifications: - All visitors are to be processed and logged in using the Visitor Management Program (VMP). - Ensure visitors adhere to security procedures and screening protocols. - Operate Technical Center Lenel database, Access Key Credentialing System (AKCS), Visitor Management Program (VMP), digital mapping program of facility, and other related security systems. - Answer all incoming calls to the Security Operations Center (SOC) and ensure they are directed to the appropriate Government or Contractor personnel. - Record and maintain records for all employee PIV, CAC, and other tenant cards registered in Lenel. - Record and maintain the International Visitor control log. - Develop special badges using the current physical security system as necessary. - Maintain key log for new keys issued by the locksmith. - Ensure received Government issued keys turned in by departing FAA,...
