Overview Education-Senior Project/Construction Manager: Cordoba is looking for two Education experience construction managers with at least 15 years of experience in the field of project management managing K-14, Commercial, or Higher-Education projects, preferably California community college projects. The ideal individuals shall be well-rounded in Planning, Design Management, DSA permitting, Construction, and Closeout phases of the project life cycle. The ideal candidates shall be client-facing and great communicators with various district stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Manages, oversees and coordinates all facets of the pre-construction, bid and award, construction and close-out phase of all assigned projects in a Public Works environment. - Reviews pre-construction documents and submits comments to Designer as necessary. Continually communicates with stakeholders to maintain periodic approvals. - Plans, organizes, and prepares reports to upper management with respect to the status and/or progress of the projects. - Coordinates with all pertinent public agencies during pre-construction and construction to comply with all off-site work, coordinates with various District and Pr...
