Department Overview: Our dedicated Whole Life / Life Cycle (WLC/LC) Cost Consulting team at RLB proactively manage and undertake cost models plus other bespoke services. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service to our clients and enjoy long term relationships with them. We are a broad sector focused business actively operating across all sectors including Commercial, Health, Residential, Education, Sports, Defence and Retail. Overview of Role: We are currently recruiting a Whole Life / Life Cycle Consultant to join a national client-focussed team based initially within the Birmingham office. The work location is flexible, subject to discussions with the candidate. This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual to join and strengthen our team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to join a specialised team to take responsibility for providing all WLC/LC cost services on a number of projects. The projects can range from small £5m extensions to multi-billion pound master-plans and includes working with a number of high profile international clients, often as part of multi-disciplinary teams.
