Summary: Invictus Strategy & Solutions is seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead the planning, execution, and validation of commissioning activities for a large-scale central chiller plant project in Sweetwater, Texas. This role serves as the technical authority for system startup, integration, and performance verification, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and control systems are installed, tested, and brought online in accordance with contract requirements, design intent, and operational standards.
