Position Summary The Communications & Content Professional drives the development, planning, and execution of communications that supports employee alignment, organizational culture and brand consistency. The role manages core internal communication channels, creates compelling content across formats, and ensures timely, accurate messaging for initiatives, events, and organizational priorities. The role supports the day-to-day execution and upkeep of the credit union’s intranet by helping ensure content is accurate, organized, and accessible. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Communications & Content Professional works on assigned projects and exercises sound judgment in managing priorities and deadlines. In collaboration with partners including but not limited to Human Resources, Marketing, Community Impact, and Learning & Development, this role supports the department’s growing needs in content development, elevation of storytelling, strengthening internal communication processes, and maintaining the systems and tools that support a consistent employee experience.
