Overview The position is an owner-side role responsible for executing rehabilitation and preservation work across Contour Housing Partners’ multi-state multifamily portfolio. This position bridges physical asset diligence, scope development, and field execution — ensuring capital projects are clearly defined, competitively procured, and delivered with discipline across scope, schedule, and budget. The Pre-Construction Manager, Capital Projects will own the process of turning third-party reports, property operations input, and design considerations into clear, executable scopes of work. This is a hands-on, highly autonomous role for an experienced construction professional capable of operating independently across multiple active projects. The position does not manage a large internal team but carries meaningful responsibility for coordination, decision-making, and execution outcomes. Pay range:$110,000 - $130,000/year + bonus depending on experience.
