Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting. - Experience with enterprise-wide/cross-functional project planning and execution. - Experience with building risk-based corporate compliance programs. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, compliance) or a recognized compliance certification. - Experience implementing effective compliance programs and knowledge of compliance frameworks. - Ability to analyze information to draw conclusions, generate solutions, and evaluate outcomes to add value to business objectives. - Ability to influence decision-making at all levels and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams and regulators.
