Job description

The RDX Road Crossings Foreman is responsible for overseeing field crews performing construction, maintenance, and repair of road crossings, culverts, and access roads in remote Alaska locations. This position provides leadership, coordination, and oversight of daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and client requirements. The Foreman focuses on planning work activities, supervising crews, coordinating resources, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance while supporting operational goals on the North Slope.
